Costa Mitsios, Founder & Managing Partner

Costa Mitsios, the founder of Proximus Consulting, brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in technology and business operations. With a strong foundation in service delivery, telecom infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational excellence, he has held pivotal roles in top-tier companies in Greece and Europe.

Certifications

Costa holds certifications in PMP®, ITIL v4, Six Sigma Black Belt, CISA, CISSP, and CISM, and applies these frameworks to deliver measurable results in IT service management, digital transformation, and strategic process optimization. His deep understanding of both the Greek and European enterprise and public sector landscapes ensures tailored, scalable consulting solutions for Proximus clients.
